Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to change your mind from the day you receive your order. This follows from the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven), and applies without you having to give a reason.
Let us know at magnus@hopeless.no before the deadline and we will send you return instructions. You can also use the standard withdrawal form from the Norwegian Consumer Authority.
Condition of the item
The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with tags on. You may inspect and try the item the way you would in a shop.
How to return
- Email us at magnus@hopeless.no and tell us what you are returning.
- We send you a return label by email.
- Pack the item, attach the label and hand the parcel in at your nearest delivery point.
Once the parcel reaches our warehouse, the return is normally processed within three working days.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs 99 kr, deducted from your refund.
Refunds
We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back, to the same payment method you used.
Exchanges
We do not swap items directly. If you want a different size or colour, return the item for a refund and place a new order. That way you are certain the size you want is still in stock.
Faulty items
If something is wrong with the item, you have the right to complain under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven). That right runs for two years, and five years on goods meant to last significantly longer than two. Send us an email with a photo and we will sort it out.
