Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship across Norway. Orders are packed and sent from our warehouse in Drøbak.

Shipping costs 99 kr. Shipping is free on orders over 2 900 kr. The price is shown at checkout before you confirm the order.

We pack and send orders on working days. Orders placed at weekends and on public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery normally takes 1 to 5 working days from dispatch, depending on the delivery option you choose and where in Norway you live.

You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel has been sent, and you can follow the parcel the whole way.

If significantly more time has passed than stated above, get in touch at magnus@hopeless.no and we will trace it for you.
