About the agreement

These terms apply to purchases in the online store hopeless.no, operated by Julian Reed AS. When you buy, you enter into a binding agreement with us. If you are a consumer, the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven) and Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven) apply, and they take precedence over these terms where they conflict.

You must be 18 to shop with us.

Prices

All prices are given in Norwegian kroner including VAT. Shipping is added and shown at checkout before you confirm the purchase.

Orders and confirmation

You get an order confirmation by email once the order is registered. Please check that it is correct. The agreement is binding once we have confirmed the order.

Should an item be sold out or the price obviously wrong, we can cancel the order and refund in full. We will let you know as soon as we can.

Payment

You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), with Shop Pay, or with Klarna. Payment is handled by the payment provider, and we never store your card details.

Faulty items

The right to complain under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act is two years, and five years on goods meant to last significantly longer than two.

Disputes

We always try to find a solution first. If we cannot agree, you can complain to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) or the Norwegian Consumer Disputes Commission (Forbrukerklageutvalget). Norwegian law applies.
